Day 74: It's a Merry Christmas! No tree...he'd climb it...no presents out for me to poke and prod...he'd eat the ribbons and tear into the bags...no decorations on the mantel...he's stopped prowling it, but a wreath of birds would be just too much temptation...no garland, no lights in the window...nothing which might entice a little Merry cat into mischief and get him yelled at. While the house may be bare of decoration except for one lantern hung high and entirely out of reach, it is a house chock full of love: full of love, full of cuddles, full of purrs and playfulness and joy. May your Christmas be as Merry!
